At VMANAI, we strive for 100% satisfaction.

Should an artwork still not meet your expectations,

Then we offer a clear and fair return policy.

 

Right of Withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period From the day you receive the artwork, you have 14 days to revoke your purchase without giving a reason. We would appreciate it if you let us know within this time frame that you wish to return the work.

How to start a return? A simple 3-step plan!

1. Report your return: Within 14 days of receipt, please email info@vmanai.com with your name, order number and the artwork you wish to return.
2. Pack the artwork carefully: To be eligible for a refund, the work must be undamaged. Package the artwork in the original, protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
3. Return the work: Send the package to the following address: tav. J. Velleman, Rustenburgstraat 31, 8000 Bruges (West Flanders, Belgium).

Return shipping and costs 

The cost and risk of return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend sending the return insured and with a tracking code, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund > Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork in good, undamaged condition, we will send you a confirmation email. The full purchase price, including the original shipping charges, will then be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.

Exceptions

Artworks commissioned and custom made (commissions) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged on arrival? We package each work of art with the utmost care. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) at info@vmanai.com. Include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution through transport insurance.
