A Note on Copyright

All images and text on VMANAI.COM are the intellectual property of artist Jimmy Velleman and are protected by international copyright law. These works may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed or used for derivative works without prior written permission.

This prohibition explicitly includes the use of the images for training artificial intelligence (AI) models or for use in other generative systems. Are you interested in a license or a specific application of a work? Please feel free to get in touch.

Article 1: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from VMANAI and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 2: The Offer and the Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are included for standard sizes (30 x 40 cm), but not included for larger sizes and are calculated separately during the checkout process.

Article 3: copyright and resale right
The artwork you purchase from VMANAI may be subject to copyright (property rights and moral rights) upon resale, as well as resale rights upon resale of the artwork. For sales prices below a certain amount (usually €3,000), no resale royalty is due. The height
of the percentage depends on the sales price and varies, with a
maximum of 12,500 euros. The resale right is valid until 70 years after the artist’s death. Only the creator of the original work of art can claim resale rights, and after the artist’s death, his or her heirs.

Article 4: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, only the court of Bruges has jurisdiction.
