This resulted in the Vmanograms in which the dynamics of the photographed subject are confronted with a variety of digital processes. For this type of artwork, I start from a self-made photograph with an everyday, recognizable subject. By digitally deforming the image in the next stage, the subject loses its anecdotal character and the link to the mimetic origin disappears. For many people, viewing the abstracted images is accompanied by a peculiar effect, namely pareidolia . A type of illusion in which someone has such an interpretation of an unclear or random perception, that he thinks he can perceive recognizable things.

The forbidden fruit symbolizes temptation and the knowledge of good and evil, stemming from the biblical Fall of Adam and Eve, who lost their innocence and access to paradise by eating it. It has become a metaphor for everything that is desired but not allowed, which leads to pleasure, but also to consequences. The specific fruit is not defined; it could be any form of forbidden knowledge or desire.

Size 30 x 45 cm – Print on photographic paper with signed studio stamp – Free shipping – Contact us for more information

[41
53,81,69,54
post-2289","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-digital-art-and-vmanograms","product_tag-art","product_tag-conceptual-digital-photography","product_tag-vmanai-en","product_tag-vmanogram-en","product_shipping_class-standard-formats","desktop-align-center","tablet-align-left","mobile-align-left","ast-product-gallery-layout-first-image-large","ast-product-gallery-with-no-image","ast-product-tabs-layout-horizontal","first","instock","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
["GET
