We would appreciate it if you let us know within this time frame that you wish to return the work.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to start a return? A simple 3-step plan!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Report your return:<\/strong> Within 14 days of receipt, please email info@vmanai.com with your name, order number and the artwork you wish to return.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pack the artwork carefully:<\/strong> To be eligible for a refund, the work must be undamaged. Package the artwork in the original, protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return the work:<\/strong> Send the package to the following address:  <strong>tav. J. Velleman, Rustenburgstraat 31, 8000 Bruges (West Flanders, Belgium).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>Return shipping and costs<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The cost and risk of return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend sending the return insured and with a tracking code, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund<\/strong> &gt; Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork in good, undamaged condition, we will send you a confirmation email. The full purchase price, including the original shipping charges, will then be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Artworks commissioned and custom made (commissions) cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Damaged on arrival?<\/strong>  We package each work of art with the utmost care. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us <strong>immediately<\/strong> (within 48 hours of receipt) at <strong>info@vmanai.com.<\/strong> Include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork.
